These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Duplin Pro Wash website and your relationship with Duplin Pro Wash for exterior cleaning services. By accessing our website or accepting a service estimate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not use our site or book services.

1. Definitions
In these Terms, “Client” means the individual or entity who contracts with Duplin Pro Wash for cleaning services. “Company” refers to Duplin Pro Wash. “Estimate” means the written or verbal cost estimate provided for services. “Job” means the agreed-upon exterior cleaning services.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By booking services or accepting an estimate — whether verbally, in writing, by email, or on the website — the Client agrees to these Terms and all conditions outlined herein.

3. Services and Scope
Duplin Pro Wash provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including pressure washing, soft washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, roof cleaning, window cleaning, and similar offerings as outlined in the Estimate. The Company will perform services in a professional and workmanlike manner, but does not guarantee satisfaction if conditions are outside normal service parameters.

4. Estimates, Pricing & Payment
Service prices are outlined in the Estimate and may change without notice before acceptance. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the Job. The Client is responsible for all applicable taxes and charges. If payment is not received when due, the Company may withhold delivery of results or pursue collections.

5. Scheduling, Delays & Weather
The Company will schedule services based on mutual availability. The Company may reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. The Client will be notified of any changes as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Cancellations & Fees
Clients may cancel the Job at any time before service. Cancellations may be subject to a fee equal to a percentage of the estimated service cost if substantial scheduling or preparation has already occurred.

7. Liability & Responsibility
Duplin Pro Wash is not liable for damages to property resulting from the service except where caused by the Company’s negligence. The Client agrees to disclose any known conditions that could affect performance or outcomes, including fragile surfaces or materials. The Client is responsible for ensuring access and utility requirements (such as water supply) are available where needed.

8. Photos, Media, & Website Use
The Company reserves the right to take photos or videos of the property during service for documentation or promotional use unless the Client expressly requests otherwise in writing before service.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on the Duplin Pro Wash website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the Company’s property and protected by applicable law. You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe on the rights of Duplin Pro Wash or others.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duplin Pro Wash and its owners, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the website or services.

11. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Severability & Waiver
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions. No waiver of any term will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

13. Changes to Terms
Duplin Pro Wash may update these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on the website. The “Effective Date” at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
